RETURNS POLICY
Items shipped TopDealzMart.com can be returned within 15 days of receipt of delivery in most cases. Some products have different policies or requirements associated with them.
Item should be in original box in NEW condition. If product is not in original condition, we will hold upto 50% restock fees. If Item is Dead on arrival, we might require for pictures via email and Serial Number for confirmation before approving return or refund.
SHIPPING
All domestic orders over $100 ship free and all domestic orders under $100 have the option for flat rate shipping. Please allow 2-3 days for processing during the business week. All weekend orders will be process by Tuesday 6 PM EST of following week.
Shipping prices for international orders depend on which products you choose and shipping location: this is calculated at checkout.
International orders are subject to delays and import fees through customs and vary by location.

Your purchase is covered with a Warranty for 90 Days! Any NEW product order will be covered under manufacture warranty as well.
The product purchased from TopDealzMart.com is to be free from defects under normal use for 90 days from the purchase date. Proof of purchase from the original purchaser (found on the invoice) is required. The warranty is non-transferable from the original purchaser and does not extend to accessories or expendable parts.
Unit has to be in original condition or Open Box only. Any sign of use will not be consider for full refund and will be subject to approve restocking fees.
Within 90 days all repairs are to be made with factory refurbished parts and in the event that the product shows defect, Please email is with order number, Serial number of Unit along with Pictures and we will facilitate the repair. Return shipping will be on Buyer.
